03/28/2017 The orthodontist that I see here is Dr. Kis. His staff and he are remarkable. The receptionist are always welcoming, quick and affable. Seating within the office is spread out and there's more lighting. Great result after renovation a few years ago. Plenty of free parking in the lot and a wonderful, small rest garden at the front or back entrances. Reanne Ramos Google

04/28/2016 Everyone in Dr. West's office is extremely nice and accommodating. I was referred to Dr. West by a friend of mine, and since my first visit for my Invisalign consultation I've had nothing but a great experience. 11/30/2015 my entire family has been coming to Serramonte Dental Group (SDG) and we can't be happier with the service and how great our teeth look and feel after a visit. 09/03/2015 This dental group is a one stop shop. They have ortho, pediatrics, and dental for us older folks. From the welcoming front desk personnel, to the every individual that works here, you will be taken care of. They are friendly people yes, but also extremely professional and easy to work with. Before they start any kind of work, they give me a break down of cost so there are never any surprises. I couldn't ask for a better group for my whole family and I am so thankful to have found them!! 04/16/2015 My kids (10,8 & 5) have been coming to see Dr Pham for years now. It never occurred to me to write a review for him until today. My son is 8 years old and is playing first base on his baseball team this year. Well, last night, the ball took a bad last minute hop and hit him square in the mouth. Needless to say, we knew we had to rush him to the dentist and luckily Dr Pham was available. He waited in his office for us until we arrived. He then proceeded to calmly speak with my son and reassure him that everything was going to be ok. Dr Pham then proceeded to xray my son, issue Novocain and repair the damage all in under 30 minutes.
To a dentist, this may all be in a day's work. To a very anxious 8 year old boy and nervous wreck of a father, Dr Pham was a calming hero! I told Dr Pham how much I had admired how he gently spoke to my son, worked quickly and efficiently all the while remaining calm and assuring. He may have saved my son's tooth, but more importantly, he gained my family's trust forever.
I admire someone who can not only do their job effectively, but also take the time to be a good person who cares. Dr. Pham has always been great with my kids and they enjoy coming for Dentist visits. Hopefully we won't have another emergency, but I know that if we did, I would have no hesitation in calling on Dr Pham again!
