11/21/2019 I love Serramonte Dental, it is well maintained, very clean, the atmosphere is great. The staff are amazing. Dr. Pham is excellent, very friendly and nice. Dr. Pham is the pediatric dentist of my son, Jonathan since he was still a toddler. and Dr. West too is very nice, he is the orthodontist of my son. Awesome place and highly recommended! 10/24/2019 We have been going to Serramonte Dental since our children were little, for nearly 40 years now. My wife and I continue even though we now live in Sonoma County. We have received such excellent care we don't want to find another dentist or orthodontist. We highly recommend Serramonte Dental. Terence Bartek Google

08/01/2019 Dr. Pham's staff helped us navigate the annoying intricacies of our dental insurance like a pro. Our first visit went so smoothly, from scheduling the appointment, completing online forms, & finding the office (& plentiful parking). Staff was super welcoming & friendly--charmed my nine year old immediately. She was immediately at ease & very much enjoyed (!) her time at Serramonte Dental Group--very kid friendly, always a treat getting to watch a child-appropriate program on the ceiling as she got her teeth examined & cleaned. As a parent, I was very happy to be included in her visit, understanding Dr. Pham's assessment & recommendations, & getting to know him as a professional & personable clinician. 09/13/2018 The front desk staff are awesome and sweet. Always have a smile and greet you with kindness. The DDS are super good and i highly recommend this place to all. My hygienist Carmen is the best! I like how she is so gentle while cleaning my teeth and patient. Patricia Siordia Google

03/01/2018 Serramonte Dental is a very professional and caring place. They are organized. They never make mistakes on billing like many other dental offices and most importantly they are very effective and good with children. My daughter has autism and Dr. Pham is fantastic with her, while another dentist didn't have the skills to examine her and clean her teeth. I am so happy I found Dr. Pham and his great team at Serramonte Dental! It's hard to find services for your child with special needs. And I always say the following: when someone is nice to you, that's great, but when someone is kind to your child, it means the world. Chimene Rengifo Google

05/11/2017 I am a dental phobic (sp) and have been all my life. This is one of the few dental offices of which I have no second thoughts about keeping an appointment and I do so every 3 months. The other dental office was in NYC "a bridge too far" . UPDATE: More of the same and getting better. Mae Swanbeck Google
04/04/2017 If I had 10 stars I would do it!! I cannot say enough about this AMAZING office!!! Priscilla and Kat at the front desk are truly the best--Priscilla gave me more information about my coverage then my insurance company and was so thoughtful to make sure that I knew everything before I came in!!! Then when I arrived, I was helped right away, check in was super easy and efficient (all digital) and I was taken right away by Carmen who was also AMAZING! I am a total WIMP when it comes to the dentist and don't even like to have my teeth cleaned.. She was gentle and checked in with me the whole time :) Dr. B is of course great as well and came right over to check in and then Carmen finished my cleaning...
The girls were friendly and helpful on my way out and got my next visit all scheduled! I was in and out in less than an hour and still smiling :)
My insurance only covers 70% of my visit, and I still choose this office for all my dental needs!!! SImply the best! Shannon Twomey Google
